Data we collect

• Enquiry form fields: name, email, class interest, preferred dates, message content
• Enrolment details: contact data, payment references handled offline, attendance notes
• Technical data: basic server logs and cookies as described in our cookie policy

We do not ask for passport numbers, payment card fields on this website, or special-category data in ordinary class bookings.

Purposes and lawful bases

• Responding to enquiries — legitimate interests / steps prior to contract
• Delivering booked classes — performance of contract
• Sending cohort date notices you opt into — consent or soft opt-in where allowed
• Securing the website — legitimate interests

Retention

Enquiry emails are kept up to 24 months unless a longer relationship continues. Enrolment records are retained for up to six years for accounting and dispute handling. Server logs are typically rotated within 90 days.

Sharing

We use email and hosting providers who process data on our instructions. We do not sell personal data. If a payment provider is used offline for a confirmed booking, their privacy notice applies to card handling.

International transfers

If a processor stores data outside the UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as UK adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses where required.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability where applicable, and you may object to certain processing. You may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). To exercise rights, email hello@utilitystonecore.click.

Children

Classes are aimed at adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16 via this site.
