Terms of use
Terms governing use of the StoneCore Education website and enrolment in chart pattern reading and scenario-building classes in Great Britain.
Acceptance
By using utilitystonecore.click or enrolling in a StoneCore Education class, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or book a place.
About us
StoneCore Education provides in-person and scheduled remote tuition in chart pattern reading and scenario-building. Contact details appear in the site footer and on the contact page.
Classes and informational content
Website descriptions of classes, fees, and schedules are informational. A place is confirmed only when we send written acceptance and, where required, receive the stated deposit. We may decline an enrolment if a cohort is full or if the class is unsuitable for the stated experience level.
Intellectual property
Course worksheets, printed chart packs prepared by StoneCore, and site copy remain our property or that of respective rights holders. You may keep materials provided for your personal study. You may not republish, sell, or teach from our packs without written permission.
No investment advice
Tuition is educational. Nothing on this site or in class is personalised investment advice, an invitation to deal, or a guarantee of trading results. You remain responsible for your own market decisions and compliance with applicable rules.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law applicable in Great Britain, StoneCore Education is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for trading losses arising from how you apply classroom concepts. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liabilities that cannot be limited under GB law.
Conduct
We may remove a participant who disrupts the room, records sessions without consent, or harasses others. Fees for removed sessions follow the refund policy where applicable.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland, and courts in Scotland have non-exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protections in your part of Great Britain require otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms for website use; class contracts already confirmed remain subject to the terms shared at confirmation unless we agree otherwise in writing.
